Shipping policy

After confirming the order, we will ship the products that are in stock within one week (excluding weekends and holidays).
However, for semi-order and made-to-order products, orders will be placed after we inform you of the delivery date each time.

*Please note that the ordered product will be produced after payment is completed, and it may take about 1 to 3 months.
*Please note that if you place multiple orders, or if you order ordered items and in-stock items at the same time, the items will be shipped as soon as all the items are ready for shipment.
*We will notify you by e-mail when the shipment is completed.
*Due to traffic delays, etc., shipping and arrival times may change.

*Please note that additional tariffs may be needed to be paid by the buyer when the delivery place is other than Japan.
